Purchasers Agreement

Subscriptions:

  • Subscriptions are majorly discounted prices that offer perks that booking singular hours don't offer. Subscriptions are intended to be a huge win-win for both client and business by offering lowered rates, extended booking times, both services of Drills and Lessons and more while the business gets your guaranteed business for 2 months, cancel anytime afterwards. Subscriptions are shareable with friends and family and/or are for personal use. Book up to 21 days in advance. Cancel or reschedule up to 1 hour before start time with no penalty. Book up to 24 hours before session start time.

  • By purchasing a Subscription, you agree to possible cancellations on my the businesses end due to tournaments, life events, sicknesses, injuries and any other reason not listed here. Weekends are especially prone to cancellations due to tournaments. reserve all rights to make changes to continue the growth of Bryce Pickleball and associates. I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. If paying customer doesn't respect my service and causes damages to any property of Bryce Pickleball, physical harm, causes image damage of Bryce Pickleball, verbal abuse, or anything else that can negatively effect Bryce Pickleball servicing you or others, said customer agrees to forfeit any paid services, package or subscription and will not receive a refund for any reason.   • You card is charged every about every 30 days from the day you initially signed up and is managed by the businesses website provider and host, WIX. You must notify the business by email 5 days before your card is charged to cancel your subscription or your card will be charged for another month. After cancelling, your hours are good for about another 4 months. You are expected to try to book your hours out during your active subscription and when you cancel your subscription; before they expire. This allows you to use your hours that you paid for and the business to continue growing itself with new students and clients.

  • There are no refunds, trades or exchanges.

  • Subscription pricing and active status is guaranteed for the first 2 months. Though the business does not plan to change prices, depending on availability and demand, the business may need to make changes to your subscription by cancelling, raising or lowering the price. You are not required to maintain your subscription after 2 months and agreeing to the price changes or availability is in your control. You will always be notified first before any charges take place. If you are unable to respond before the next reoccurring charge takes place, your subscription will be cancelled and you may have to join a waitlist to start a new subscription and agree to an additional 2 months.

  • Bryce Pickleball reserves all rights to make changes to Subscriptions to the benefit and best interest of the business. 


Lessons and Drills (Single hours and Packages):

  • Book up to 14 days in advance. Cancel or reschedule up to 1 hour before start time with no penalty. Book up to 24 hours before session start time.

  • By booking a Lesson or Drill, you agree to possible cancellations on my end due to tournaments or other important life events, activities, sicknesses and others not listed here. Weekends are especially prone to tournament cancellations.

  • You are expected to try to book your hours out before they expire (4 months). The expiration date is listed in packages purchased on BrycePickleball.com or on your account page.

  • There are no refunds, trades or exchanges.
